At Water Primary, we understand that all children require support and challenge in their learning to make progress and reach their full potential. Our More Able pupils are no different.

We provide opportunities for the most able pupils (the gifted and talented) to work at an appropriate level and pace to realise their potential. We encourage our more able children through deepening their learning, developing their abilities in questioning and reasoning as well as supporting them in taking risks in their learning We foster a strong partnership with the parents of the more able and talented children through encouraging them to contribute to enrichment programmes and any special projects.

As with all children, we strive to increase their independence and curiosity to develop their love of learning.
